摘  要:目的 探讨空腹血清生长抑素(FSS)与2型糖尿病外周动脉疾病(PAD)的关系。方法 根据踝臂指数(ABI),将120例2型糖尿病患者分为无外周动脉疾病组(A组,82例,ABI值为1.0~1.4)和外周动脉疾病组(B组,38例,ABI〈0.9),检测FSS、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平。结果 B组的FSS水平(pg/L)低于A组(28.24±5.01 vs.37.23±6.19),IGF-1(ng/mL)高于A组(219.17±24.97 vs.157.91±27.71),差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、收缩压、舒张压、FSS、IGF-1、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白是与2型糖尿病外周动脉疾病密切相关的影响因素(P〈0.05)。结论 FSS与PAD密切相关,生长抑素可能为2型糖尿病外周动脉疾病患者的保护因素,其机制可能与抑制IGF-1作用有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between fasting serum somatostatin(FSS) and peripheral arterial disease(PAD) in patients with type 2 diabetes(T_2DM).Methods According to the ankle-brachial index(ABI),120 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into no peripheral arterial disease group(group A,n = 82,ABI1.0- 1.4) and peripheral arterial disease group(group B,n = 38,ABI 0.9).The levels of FSS and IGF-1 were detected in the two groups.Results Group B has lower level of FSS than group A[(28.24 ±5.01) pg/L vs.(37.23 ±6.19) pg/L,P0.05]and higher level of IGF-1[(219.17 ±24.97) ng/mL vs.(157.91 ±27.71) ng/mL,P 〈0.05].Logistic regression analysis showed that age,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,FSS,IGF-1,triglycerides and LDL-c were influential factors which were closely related to peripheral arterial disease in patients with type 2 diabetes(P 〈0.05).Conclusion FSS is closely related to PAD,and SS may be the protective factor for peripheral arterial disease in patients with type 2 diabetes,which may be related to inhibiting the function of IGF-1.
