摘　　要：目的分析实施前置性医嘱审核及干预工作后对我院输液处方质量的影响。方法分析2012年经临床药师实时审核并退回的不合理输液处方的类型、构成及修改情况,比较推行前置性医嘱审核工作前后门诊输液处方质量的变化。统计分析2012-2014年的不合理输液处方退回率,纵向观察前置性医嘱审核工作对输液处方质量的影响。结果 2012年通过实时审核、干预不合理输液处方,不合理输液处方总体修改成功率达98.96%。与2011年未实行前置性医嘱审核时相比较,2012-2014年输液处方不合格率明显下降(P<0.05),随着输液处方总数的增加,不合理输液处方退回率逐年下降(P<0.05)。结论前置性医嘱审核干预工作可明显提高输液处方质量,控制输液不合理应用现象。Objective To analyze the effect of pre-prescription review and intervention on the quality of outpatient infusion prescriptions in our hospital.Methods The type,constitution and modification of irrational outpatient infusion prescriptions returned by clinical pharmacists＇ real-time review in 2012 were analyzed.The quality of outpatient infusion prescriptions before and after pre-prescription review and intervention was compared.In order to make a longitudinal comparison of the influence of pre-prescription review and intervention on irrational outpatient infusion prescriptions from 2012 to 2014,the rates of unqualified outpatient infusion prescriptions were statistically analyzed.Results The total rate of successful modification on irrational outpatient infusion prescriptions was 98.96%by real-time review and intervention in 2012.The rate of unqualified outpatient infusion prescriptions from 2012 to 2014 was lower than that of 2011（before prescription review and intervention）（P 〈0.05）.The rates of returned infusion prescriptions distinctly decreased year by year according to the increase of the number of outpatient infusion prescriptions from 2012 to 2014（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Pre-prescription review and intervention can obviously improve the quality of outpatient infusion prescriptions and control the irrational use of outpatient infusion effectively.
