摘 要:为了解超长线列焦平面器件与斯特林制冷机耦合过程中的冷量传输损失,针对冷量传输过程中的辐射损失、导热损失以及耦合损失,采用自主研发的大冷量斯特林制冷机冷量传输平台,对杜瓦的镀层、冷链的层数、支撑柱的数量以及传输过程中包裹单面镀铝涤纶薄膜减少辐射损失等方面进行试验研究。试验结果表明,冷量传输过程中杜瓦的表面积引起的辐射损失大于镀层辐射损失;而采用包裹方式进行的防辐射处理大大减少传输过程中的冷量损失,支撑柱结构在不变的情况下导热损失保持恒定;同时由6层0.1 mm厚的紫铜箔构成的冷链在冷量传输和减振方面具有良好优势。斯特林制冷机冷量传输损失的研究有利于提高制冷机的制冷效率。To consider the characteristics of cold transmission loss between Stirling cryocooler and large infrared focal plane,the thermal radiate loss,heat conduction loss and linking loss were studied in the process of transmission of cold.The coating of dewar,the layers of cold chain,the numbers of supporting column and reducing radiate loss in the process of the transmission with the single sided aluminum plating were studied by the experiment using self-developed refrigerator col transmission. The results showed that surface area of the dewar is greater than coating in the thermal radiate loss,the package way was adopted to improve the radiate loss,the heat conduction kept constant when the structure of the stanchion were fixed,and the transmission loss had a good advantage with 6 layer 0. 1 mm thickness of the cold chain. The research is helpful to improve the efficiency of refrigeration.
