亲情护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪及自我护理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨亲情护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪及自我护理能力的影响。方法将85例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组43例和对照组42例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用亲情护理模式。比较2组患者负性情绪和自我护理能力的变化。结果观察组出院时和出院2个月时汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。出院时,观察组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)各维度评分和总分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);出院2个月时,观察组自我概念、自我护理技能和总分均较出院时显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对照组总分较出院时显著下降(P<0.05),2组差异明显(P<0.01)。结论与常规护理模式相比,亲情护理模式可有效改善妇科恶性肿瘤患者的负性情绪,提高自我护理能力。Objective To explore the influence of kindred-like nursing on negative .emotions and self-care nursing ability in patients with malignant gynecologic tumors. Methods A total of 85 patients with malignant gynecologic tumors were randomly divided into observation group （n = 43 ） and control group （n = 42）. Control group was treated with routine nursing while observation group with kin- dred-like nursing. The changes of negative emotions and self-care ability were compared between two groups. Results Hamilton＇s depression scale （HAMD） and Hamilton＇s anxiety scale （HAMA） scores decreased more significantly in observation than those in control group at discharge and 2 months after discharge （P 〈0.01 ）. At discharge, the score of each dimension and the total scores of exercise of self- care scale （ESCA） increased more obviously in observation group than those in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. 2 months after discharge, self-concept score, self-nursing ability score and the total score in- creased markedly in observation group than those at discharge （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）, whereas the total score decreased notably in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the differences were also significant between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Compared with routine nursing, kindred-like nursing can effec- tively improve the negative emotions and self-care ability of patients with malignant gynecologic tumors.
