摘　　要：血浆D-二聚体是纤维蛋白降解产物，反映机体凝血后继发纤维蛋白溶解状态的一个敏感而又特异的指标，可作为预测血栓形成的一个重要指标。研究表明，血浆D-二聚体既可预测心房颤动（房颤）患者血栓形成，又有一定的指导抗凝治疗的价值。本文就血浆D-二聚体对房颤患者血栓形成预测的作用及临床价值进行综述。As a sensitive and specific indicator for coagulation and secondary fibrinolysis , plasma D-dimer, a fibrin degradation product , can be used as an important indicator for the prediction of thrombosis .Evidence showed that the plasma D-dimer can not only predict thrombosis in the patients with atrial fibrillation , but also be of a certain value to guide the anticoagulant therapy .In this article, we reviewed the predictive role of plasma D-dimer for thrombosis and its clinical value in the patients with atrial fibrillation .
