摘　　要：目的：评价成人经食管超声心动图（TEE）在门诊超声中的应用价值。方法对2012年10月至2015年10月在门诊行TEE的628例患者进行回顾性分析，评价其在门诊超声中的作用。结果628例患者中，经胸超声心动图（TTE）发现阳性病例279例（44．4％），假阳性17例（2．7％），TEE发现阳性病例427例（68．0％）， TEE明显高于TTE（χ2＝70．85，P＜0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论经食管超声心动图更能清晰地显示心脏内的微小病理变化，对各类心血管疾病的检查有重要的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the application value of transesophageal echocardiography （TEE） in the outpatient service of ultrasonic. Methods From October 2012 to October 2015, 628 cases of patients in outpatient service through TEE were retrospectively analyzed.To evaluate its role in the clinic. Results In 628 patients, the positive cases through trans thoracic echocardiography （TTE） were 279 cases （44.4%）, false positive were 17 cases （2.7%）, TEE found positive cases 427 cases （68.0%）. The detection rate of TEE was obviously higher than that of TTE （χ2=70.85,P〈0.05）.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion TEE can clearly show tiny pathological changes inside the heart, which has important clinical application value for all kinds of cardiovascular disease.
