山峰征在张力性气颅中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨山峰征对张力性气颅的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析11例张力性气颅的CT表现。结果张力性气颅包括外伤性及非外伤性。CT表现为颅内积气及山峰征。外伤性张力性气颅常伴颅骨骨折、脑挫裂伤及颅内血肿。结论山峰征对提示张力性气颅有重要作用。Objective To evaluate the value of Mount Fuji sign in diagnosis of tension pneumocephalus by CT. Methods CT data of 11 patients with tension pneumocephalus were analyzed retrospectively. Results Tension pneumocephalus included traumatic and non-traumatic. CT revealed a significant amount of air trapped in the cranial vault and Mount Fuji sign. Traumatic tension pneumocephalus was accompanied by skull fracture, cerebral contusion and laceration, intracranial hematoma. Conclusion Mount Fuji sign on CT scan of the head may is helpful in indi-cating diagnosis of tension pneumocephalus.
