不同全自动酶免分析系统性能对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较中国烟台艾德康公司Elisa800型全自动酶免分析系统(简称Elisa800分析仪)和瑞士帝肯公司Freedom Evolyzer型全自动酶免分析系统(简称Freedom Evolyzer分析仪)在的基本使用性能。方法采用Elisa800分析仪、Freedom Evolyzer分析仪,以及相同的试剂盒,对相同的标本进行抗甲型肝炎病毒抗体、抗丙型肝炎病毒抗体、抗丁型肝炎病毒抗体、抗戊型肝炎病毒抗体、乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原、乙型肝炎病毒前S2抗原检测。比较两台分析仪标本检测前处理操作步骤及操作时间,以及标本检测结果。结果两台分析仪检测结果完全一致,阳性符合率为100%。当标本量大于91份时,Freedom Evolyzer分析仪检测耗时约为Elisa800分析仪检测耗时的2倍。与Freedom Evolyzer分析仪相比,Elisa800分析仪标本前处理操作步骤由24步缩减为3步,处理操作时间由11min缩减至1min。结论 Elisa800分析仪与Freedom Evolyzer分析仪检测结果一致,但Elisa800分析仪检测耗时更短,操作更简便。Objective To compare the performance of Addcare Elisa800 and TECAN Free Evolyzer automatic enzyme immunoassay instrument.Methods Clinical samples were detected for anti hepatitis A virus antibody,anti hepatitis C virus antibody,anti hepatitis D virus antibody,anti hepatitis E virus antibody,preS1 antigen of hepatitis B virus and preS2 antigen of hepatitis B virus,on Addcare Elisa800 and TECAN Ereedom Evolyzer analyzer,using the same detection reagents.Detection consistency,simplicity and detection time were compared.Results The detected results of the two analyzers were with fine consistency,and the positive coincidence rate was 100%.When the number of specimen was more than 91,the time consuming of TECAN Freedom Evolyzer was2 times more than Addcare Elisa800.Compared with TECAN Freedom Evolyzer,the prepare steps of Addcare Elisa800 was decreased from 24 stpes to 3step,and the operating time was reduced from 11 min to 1min.Conclusion Addcare Elisa800 might be with fine consistency of detected results,compared with TECAN Freedom Evolyzer,and with less time-consuming and more operating convenience.
