摘　　要：国际军品贸易作为国家政治军事经济活动的对外延伸与拓展,越来越成为地缘政治与国际关系中的一个重要变量,对国际战略格局与地区安全形势产生着重要影响。近年来,全球军品交易额稳步上升,特别是美俄等军事大国军品出口不断增加,亚太、中东等热点地区军品进口急剧升温,反映出全球安全尤其是地缘政治安全领域的动荡与隐忧。国际社会亟须采取切实有效的管制制度与手段,把国际军品交易控制在合理范围之内。As the external extension and expansion of national political and military economic activity,the international arms trade has increasingly become an important variable in the geopolitics and international relationship,having an important influence on the international strategic pattern and regional security situation.In recent years the global military trading volume has steadily increased,especially military exports from US,Russia and other military powers continue to increase,military imports to Asia Pacific,the Middle East and other hot spots has risen sharply,reflecting the unrest and worries of global security especially the Geopolitical Security.The international community must make use of effective control system and means,putting the international military trade under the reasonable control.
