液相色谱法测定车用尿素中缩二脲含量

摘　　要：建立一种车用尿素中缩二脲含量的反相高效液相色谱方法。采用Venusil HILIC色谱柱,检测波长为195 nm,乙腈-10 mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液为流动相。方法的线性相关系数R=0.9998,检出限为0.05μg/m L,定量限为0.17μg/m L,加标回收率为98.53%~100.88%,相对标准偏差RSD值为0.42%~0.58%。结果表明,该方法具有较高的灵敏度与准确度,且操作简单、快速、重现性好,准确度高,是尿素中缩二脲检测的一种理想分析方法。A reversed-phase HPLC method was established to determine the biuret content in automobile urea. The Venusil HILIC column was used and the wavelength was 195 nm,using methyl cyanide-10 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase. This method had high sensitivity and precision with a linear correlation of 0. 9998,the minimum determination concentration of 0. 05 μg/m L,the minimum quantitation concentration of 0. 17 μg/m L,the recovery of standard addition of 98. 53% ~ 100. 88%,and the RSD values of 0. 42% ~ 0. 58%. The results showed that it was characterized by good precision and accuracy,simple operation,fast,good reproducibility and higher accuracy. So it was a better method in determination of biuret in urea.
