摘 要:在对高浓度氯离子化工废水进行COD测定时,常常出现检测结果不稳定的现象。经研究发现,对结果干扰最大的因素是水样中的氯离子浓度,高浓度氯离子的存在直接影响化工废水COD值的测定准确性。通过对不同氯离子含量的水样进行试验,从而制定出理想的改进方法,该方法可以有效去除高浓度氯离子的影响,不需要回流,测定快速,测定结果与国标法测定数据基本一致,准确度和精密度较高,检测结果符合要求。During the measurement of COD in chemical wastewater with high chloride, erratic test results often appear. The biggest interferenced factor is the concentration of chloride in wastewater. In chemical engineering production,the existence of high chloride influences the accuracy of COD determination directly. Through the measurement of different chloride in wastewater,the improved method was developed,which could eliminate the interference of chloride-containing compound effectively. The method did not need return,the process was rapid. Measurement data was consistent with the national standard method,with high accuracy and precision. Determination results were up to requests during experiment.
