辽宁绒山羊胚胎移植受体母羊生殖内分泌调控规律研究

摘　　要：本研究以30只母羊为试验样本,研究在胚胎移植后,经过同期发情处理和超排处理的妊娠母羊、未妊娠母羊和自然发情妊娠母羊的生殖内分泌调控规律。用放射免疫法测定血清中促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、孕酮(P4)、雌二醇(E2)和促乳素(PRL)5种激素动态变化,同时测定血清中生化指标和白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、转化生长因子-(TGF-)、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF—Ⅱ)、表皮生长因子(EGF)等五种细胞因子水平和血清胆固醇、葡萄糖、总蛋白、钙、钾等的变化规律。结果表明:血清FSH、LH、E2、P4、PR工、表皮生长因子EGF和血清胆固醇、钙等物质在妊娠受体和早期妊娠失败受体血清中含量存在的差异,为预测胚胎移植后受体羊经过2个情期后能否继续妊娠提供了重要参考信息。There are thirty ewes as the test sample to study on the reproductive endocrinology regular pattern of after embryo transfer, handling the same period after estrus and pregnancy ewes superovulation treatment, not ewes and reproductive endocrine regulation of the law of nature estrus pregnant ewes pregnancy. Determination of serum follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）, lu- teinizing hormone（LH）, progesterone（P4）, estradiol（E2） and prolactin（PRL） 5 Dynamic Change hormone by radioimmunoassay, and serum biochemical markers and interleukin-1β （IL-1β）, interleukin-6 （IL-6）, transforming growth factor-α （TGF-α ）, insulin-like growth factor-II（IGF-II）, epidermal growth factor（EGF）, etc. variation five cell factor and serum cholesterol, glucose, total protein, calcium, potassium and the like. The results showed： serum FSH, LH, E2, P4, PRL, cytokine EGF and serum cholesterol, serum calcium receptor material difference in the content of failure present in the receptor pregnancy and early pregnancy, as forecast after the embryo transplant recipients after sheep after two estrus pregnancy can continue to provide important reference information.
