热毒宁联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童急性EB病毒感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热毒宁联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童急性EB病毒感染的临床效果。方法:82例被随机数字表法分为治疗组42例和对照组40例,两组均给予更昔洛韦治疗,治疗组加用热毒宁治疗,疗程2周,观察患儿临床退热时间、扁桃体消退、颈淋巴结消退、肝脾肿大消退等情况,检测实验室指标如异常淋巴细胞、EB病毒抗体、病毒DNA载量转阴率。结果:总有效率治疗组100%,对照组90%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间、咽充血及扁桃体肿大持续时间较对照组短(P<0.05),淋巴结和肝肿大消退时间也较对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗组异型淋巴细胞阳性例数减少较对照组多(P<0.05)。治疗组EB病毒DNA转阴例数及EB病毒抗体VCA-Ig M转阴例数均较对照组多(P均<0.05)。结论:热毒宁联合更昔洛韦治疗EB病毒感染具有较好疗效。Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Reduning combined with ganciclovir in treatment of children with acute EB infection.Methods： The 82 cases of acute Epstein Barr virus infection patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ 42 cases ） and control group （ 40 cases ） were given ganciclovir treatment, the treatment group treated with Reduning. after 2 weeks, clinical symptoms such as antipyretic time, extinction of tonsil, lymph node subsided, hepatosplenomegaly regressed, as well as lab indices such as abnorma I lymphocyte percentage, EB Virus specific antibodies （ VCA-IgM ） , the copies of EBV-DNA and so on were observed.Results： the total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .the treatment group in abatement time of fever, throat congestion duration, tonsil enlargement duration were shorter than that of the control group, the regression of lymph node and liver enlargementwere better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .compared with the control group, the number of positive cases of abnormal lymphocyte obviously decreased in the treatment group （ P〈0.05 ） .EB virus DNA and EB virus VCA IgM negative conversion case numbers significantly increased in the treatment group compared with the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Reduning combined with ganciclovir in treatment of EB virus infection has a good curative effect, it has the role of promoting the recovery of EB virus infection.
