摘 要:由细颗粒物、SO_3酸雾以及气溶胶等污染物引起的雾霾天气问题日益突出。燃煤电力行业排放的一次PM2.5及其前体污染物是大气PM2.5的来源之一。因此,国家推动燃煤电厂实施超低排放改造工作,以实现颗粒物、SO_2、NO_x接近燃机排放标准。某1000 MW燃煤机组超低排放改造案例的颗粒物排放规律研究表明,颗粒物排放浓度与机组负荷、环保设施的运行工况和控制方式等密切相关;单塔双循环脱硫系统对颗粒物的平均脱除效率为47.91%~92.63%%;湿式电除尘对颗粒物的脱除平均效率范围为67.2%;湿式电除尘降功率运行情况下,最大颗粒物排放浓度为4.85 mg/m^3(标干态,6%O_2)。Haze weather problems caused by air fine particulate matter, three oxide of sulfuric acid mist and aerosols and other pollutants have become increasingly prominent. Emission of PM2.5 and its precursor pollutants from coalfired power industry is one of the sources of atmospheric PM2.5. In order to realize emission standards of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides close to the combustion engine emission standards, the state promote the implementation about technical renovation of ultra - low emission in coal - fired plants. It studied the emission characteristics of particulate matter about ultra - low emission ease of a 1 000 MW unit. The results show that particulate matter emission concentration is closely related to the operating conditions, control mode, unit load etc of environmental protection facilities. The particle matter removal efficiencies of WFGD and WEPS are 47.91% -92.63% and 31,3% -82.9% respectively. The maximum concentration of particle matter is 4.85 mg/m^3, when WESP reduced its power.
