摘　　要：随着我国高等教育国际化进程的不断加快,高校学生国际交流活动日益增多。高校学生国际交流项目的管理服务工作面临很多问题和挑战。把握目前高校学生国际交流项目的特点,分析高校学生国际交流项目管理服务工作主要面临的问题并研究对策,是高校切实做好学生国际交流项目管理服务工作的首要战略,对服务高等教育国际化发展有重要的意义。With the accelerating of domestic higher education internationalization, international exchange programs of college students are increased day by day. There are many problems and challenges for management and service work of college students international exchange programs. Therefore, it becomes a primary strategy for colleges to grasp the characteristics of college students international exchange programs, analyze problems and study the countermeasure for its management and service work, with the purpose of promoting the management and service work of students international exchange programs, which is significant for development of domestic higher education internationalization.
