摘　　要：高校图书馆是图书馆服务体系中的一个重要组成部分,作为文献信息的重要基地和传播文献信息资源的纽带,除了为本校师生的教学科研提供服务外,也应面向社会,为社会民众提供相关服务,使他们也能享受到高校图书馆文献资源,这有利于实现社会信息资源共享,为提高社会民众的文化素养及和谐社会文化建设作出贡献,这既是高校图书馆自身可持续发展的需要,也是社会民众对高校图书馆的期待。The university library is an important part of the library service system. As an important link of base document information and dissemination of information resources, it not only provides services for the teachers and students in teaching and research, but also should face the society and serve the people, so that they can enjoy literature resources in university library and this is conducive to the realization of the sharing of information resources, making contribution to the improvement of the public culture and the harmonious social cuhure construction, which is not only the needs of university library＇s sustainable development, but also the people＇s expectation.
