摘　　要：文章在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,通过从宏观和微观两个方面分析高校产学研合作绩效的影响因素,构建了产学研合作绩效评价指标体系,以期对我国高校产学研合作绩效评价有一定的指导意义。On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign related research, this article analyzes the effect factors of the industry-university collaboration performance from macroscopic and microscopic aspects, constructs the performance evaluation index system of industry-university collaboration, in order to provide certain guiding significance for the study on performance evaluation of industry-university collaboration in China.
