摘 要:随着基因组深度测序工作的完成,大量非编码RNA被发现,其中长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是最近备受瞩目的哺乳动物转录组重要成员,可在表观遗传水平、转录水平和转录后水平调控基因的表达,广泛参与机体的生理和病理过程。作为多基因调控的气道变应性疾病,lncRNA在其发病过程中的作用正逐步受到关注,并有望成为该病基因治疗的新靶点,本文对lncRNA在气道变应性疾病中的作用及其机制进行综述。With the completion of deep sequencing of the genome, a large number of non-coding RNAs have been found. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is an important member of mammalian transcriptomes which is received much concern recently. They can play important roles in the regulation of gene expression at the levels of epigenetics, transcription and post-transcription, and participate in a series of physiological and pathological processes. It's well-known that allergic airway diseases are regulated by multi-genes. LncRNA plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic airway diseases and is gradually focused as a novel targets for gene therapy. The roles and its mechanisms of lncRNA in airway allergic diseases were summarized in this review.
