盐酸达克罗宁胶浆涂抹喉罩对全麻术后咽喉痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸达克罗宁胶浆涂抹喉罩对全身麻醉(全麻)术后咽喉痛的临床效果。方法 100例行气管插管全麻处理的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组使用盐酸达克罗宁胶浆涂抹喉罩,对照组使用石蜡油涂抹喉罩。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组拔除喉罩即刻、拔除30 min视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(1.8±0.9)、(1.2±0.6)分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组拔除喉罩即刻、拔除喉罩5 min内的心率(HR)(81.6±8.4)、(76.8±6.5)次/min明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组拔除喉罩即刻平均动脉压(MAP)(89.4±10.4)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸达克罗宁胶浆涂抹喉罩有助于控制全麻术后咽喉痛,减少血流动力学波动,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate clinical effect by dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage applying on laryngeal mask airway for postoperative pharyngalgia after general anesthesia. Methods A total of 100 patients receiving endotracheal intubation for general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage applying on laryngeal mask airway, and the control group received paroline instead. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had all lower visual analogue scale（VAS） scores immediately and 30 min after laryngeal mask airway removal as（1.8±0.9） and（1.2±0.6） points than the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group had much lower heart rate（HR） as（81.6±8.4） and（76.8±6.5） times/min immediately and 30 min after laryngeal mask airway removal than the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower mean arterial pressure（MAP） immediately after laryngeal mask airway removal as（89.4±10.4） mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa） than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage applying on laryngeal mask airway is helpful to control pharyngalgia after general anesthesia and reduce hemodynamic fluctuations. It is worth clinical application.
