探讨胸外科开胸手术患者围手术期呼吸道护理效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析胸外科开胸手术的围手术期呼吸道护理方式,为临床治疗和护理提供可靠的参考依据。方法 50例开胸手术患者,给予患者围手术期呼吸道护理,观察其护理效果。结果 50例患者接受围手术期护理后,手术均顺利完成,没有出现肺部感染、肺不张等并发症,患者的术后恢复情况良好。结论围手术期呼吸道护理对开胸手术非常重要,术前准备和术后护理不可缺少,也是避免肺部感染的重要措施。Objective To research and analyze perioperative respiratory tract nursing measures for thoracotomy patients in department of thoracic surgery, and to provide creditable reference for clinical treatment and nursing. Methods A total of 50 thoracotomy patients received perioperative respiratory tract nursing for effect observation. Results After receiving perioperative respiratory tract nursing, all 50 patients had successful operation, without any complications of pulmonary infection and pulmonary atelectasis. Postoperative recovery of patients was good. Conclusion Perioperative respiratory tract nursing is important for thoracotomy. Preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing are all essential for avoiding pulmonary infection.
