浅析丹参多酚结合舒血宁治疗冠心病伴心衰的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究分析冠心病伴心力衰竭(心衰)患者临床接受丹参多酚结合舒血宁治疗的护理方式。方法 50例冠心病伴心衰患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组使用常规治疗护理,观察组使用丹参多酚结合舒血宁治疗及综合护理干预,比较两组的临床护理效果。结果观察组护理满意率为96%,明显高于对照组的80%(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚结合舒血宁可以改善患者的心功能,临床中结合综合护理能够获得更好的效果,值得进行推广使用。Objective To research and analyze nursing measures during salvianolic combined with Shuxuening in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods A total of 50 coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received salvianolic combined with Shuxuening for treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention. Clinical nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction rate as 96% than 80% in the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionCombination of salvianolic and Shuxuening can improve cardiac function, along with excellent effect in association with clinical comprehensive nursing. It is worth promoting and applying.
