基于区域比较的辽宁省跨境电子商务发展研究

摘　　要：跨境电子商务在当今信息化的时代迅猛发展。自2016年初辽宁大连被列入跨境电子商务综合试验区以来,跨境电子商务在辽宁得到了进一步发展,但作为东北老工业基地,辽宁在跨境电子商务发展方面尚存在问题。通过对上海、浙江、郑州几个起步较早的跨境电商试点地区的分析,总结其经验,为辽宁跨境电子商务的发展提供有效对策建议。Cross-border e-commerce has been developed rapidly in the current information age. The cross-border e-commerce has been further developed in Liaoning since Dalian City of Liaoning Province had been listed in the comprehensive pilot areas of cross-border e-commerce in the early 2016. However,Liaoning still has problems in the development of cross-border e-commerce as the northeast old industrial base. Through the analysis of the development of several earlier cross-border pilot areas such as Shanghai,Zhejiang,and Zhengzhou,the experiences of which are summarized,so as to provide effective countermeasures and suggestions for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Liaoning.
