摘　　要：以曼地亚红豆杉为试验材料,切取不同植株嫩芽进行红豆杉植株培养试验,确定最佳培养基配方及抑制褐化成分。试验结果表明:最适培养基的配方为1/2MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg L,添加琼脂粉6.0 g、蔗糖30 g、活性炭粉0.3 g、抗氧化VC 0.3 g;最佳抗氧化试剂成份为VC 0.3 g、活性炭0.3 g。Taken Taxus chinensis as the experimental material, different plantlet was cut to carry out plant culture experiment of Taxus chinensis, in order to determine the best culture medium and control browning composition. The experiment results showed that： The optimum culture medium formula is 1/2MS＋KT 1.0 mg/L＋IBA 0.1 mgL with adding agar powder 6.0 g, sucrose 30 g, carbon active 0.3 g, oxidation resisting VC 0.3 g; The optimum antioxidant composition is VC 0.3 g and carbon active 0.3 g.
