摘  要:计算机视觉技术不断发展,视觉测量与监测成为近年来工业生产中信息技术研究新的发展方向与趋势。快速、高效、实用的监测为工业生产加工和精准测量提供了有力的技术保障。对推动工业化生产生产遥感监测与测量技术有重要的学术价值和深远的社会意义。视觉技术应用在铝合金微切削精密加工监测和高温锻件尺寸测量中作为重要的技术手段。研究中通过数码相机或CCD数字摄像头,对铝合金材料加工进行实时监测,运用数字图像分割法提取试件加工过程中的图像参数值,运用图像对比度选取不同滤光片控制图像质量。建立数字模型,将系统参数标定方法采用滤波降噪、像素标定、图像锐化等方法进行预处理,通过数字模型求得试件的三维尺寸。计算机视觉技术将图像处理与分割技术、物联网与WEB远程控制技术、信息传输与数据库管理技术融合到统一的平台,形成了工业生产智能化监测体系。Computer vision technology development, visual measuring and monitoring in the industrial production in recent years, the new development direction and trend of the study on information technology. Rapid, efficient and practical monitoring for industrial production and processing and precision measurement provides strong technical support. For promoting the industrialization production of remote sensing monitoring and measuring technology has important academic value and profound social significance. The application of visual technology in the measurement of the aluminum alloy micro cutting precision machining and hot forging size measurement is an important technical means. Study by digital camera or CCD digital camera, for real-time monitoring of aluminum alloy material processing, using digital image segmentation method to extract specimen processing parameter value in the process of image, image contrast to choose different filter is used to control image quality. Digital model was established,pixel calibration, image preprocessing, sharpening method such as through the digital model for three dimensional size of the specimens. Divided image processing and computer vision technology technology, Internet and WEB remote control technology, information transmission and database management technology integrated into a unified platform, to form the intelligent monitoring system for industrial production.
