摘　　要：本文采用了问卷调查的方法，以某学校高中英语教师为对象，探讨了心理资本在高中英语教师职业倦怠与职业压力的关系中所起的中介作用。结果表明，高中英语教师的心理资本在职业压力影响职业倦怠的过程中起着部分中介作用。In this paper, a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the mediating effect of psychological capital on the relationship between job burnout and occupational stress in high school English teachers. The results show that the psychological capital of high school English teachers plays a partial intermediary role in the process of occupational stress and job burnout.
