摘　　要：资本是通过表面的物表现出来的在物的背后的社会生产关系,这种生产关系本质上是一种统治的权力关系,具有文明与破坏的双重性。马克思对资本的批判内在地包含着三种递进的向度,即资本的自然批判,资本是破坏自然的力量;资本的人性批判,即资本是剥削身体和精神的一切自由活动的力量;资本的权力批判,即社会权力是在物质生产领域形成起来的支配与被支配的感性的对抗力量,它的当代形式就是资本,资本统治自然与人的力量就来自于社会权力。资本的逻辑已经全面地进入我国的经济生活,对资本的批判就是对当下的我国经济生活本身进行批判。这种批判的目的就是为了更好地利用资本发展中国特色社会主义社会的生产力,同时限制资本的破坏性。Capital is through the surface of the material shown on the back of the content of social production relationship; this kind of production relationship in essence is a kind of power relations and has the duality of civilization and destroy. Marx＇s criticism of capital intrinsically contains three steps： natural criticism of capita,the power to destruction nature,humanity criticism of capita,the power to exploit all the free activities of the body and mind,and social power criticism of capita formed in the field of material production to control and dominate the perceptual against power,the contemporary form of capital and capital rule between nature and man＇s strength is from the social power. The logic of capital has full access to our country＇s economic life and criticism of the capital is criticism of the current,our country economic life itself. The purpose of this criticism is for us to better use capital development of socialism with Chinese characteristics social productivity and restrict capital destructive at the same time.
