摘  要:目的在公立医院改革持续深化的背景下,在医院职能部门评价中引入"目标与关键成果"管理模式,为职能部门绩效管理提供新思路。方法通过设计工作评价信息系统,重点引导职能部门强化服务战略和支持临床职能。结果新的评价体系结合360度测评和工作评价两种模式,包括服务临床、协作配合、领导胜任、综合表现、战略贡献、执行能力6个评价维度。结论 "目标与关键成果"管理为考评工作提供客观依据,对医院职能部门的评价有一定借鉴意义。Objective To provide a new approach of performance management for functional departments under the background of public hospital reform in China, by adopting the management mode of "Objectives and Key Results". Methods Focusing on guiding functional departments to strengthen the support for hospital strategies and clinical staff through information system of working performance evaluation. Results The new evaluation system based on the com- bination of 360-degree evaluation and work performance evaluation includes six dimensions, including service for clini- cal staff, collaboration and coordination, leadership competence, comprehensive performance, strategic contribution and executive ability. Conclusion The management mode of "Objectives and Key Results" can provide objective foun- dations and referential value for evaluation of functional departments.
