摘　　要：薛令之是福建地方史上的一位重要人物,其"开闽第一进士"的地位有着丰富的史料支撑。在唐玄宗时,薛令之因替太子一方仗义直言而惹怒了当朝皇帝,后辞官归隐,故而《新唐书》将其视为隐逸之士;而宋明之后,闽地诸多方志则多侧重于褒扬他的廉洁奉公,因而在史志记载中,其人格形象有着一个变化的过程。在闽南地方文献的记载中,薛令之及其家族还与厦门的早期开发有所关联。Xue Lingzhi is an important figure in Fujian local history. He is the first Jinshi of Fu- jian. In the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang, he was actively defended prince. After he infuriated the emperor, he resigned from office. And he was regarded as a hermit in Xin Tang Shu. But in Song and Ming Dynasties, he was regarded as a clean official in local chronicles. His image has a process of change in the history books. In the records of southern Fujian＇ s local chronicles, Xue Lingzhi and his family were related to the development process of Xiamen.
