福州大都市区产业跨区联动发展潜力差异分析

摘　　要：福州大都市区作为21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区的重要组成部分之一,其产业跨区联动发展有利于提升整个区域的综合实力。基于对区域经济发展进程和产业跨区联动发展趋势的了解,根据2013年的统计数据与调查资料,采用产业跨区联动发展模型对福州市大都市区内各区域间产业跨区联动发展的潜力进行测算与分析,研究发现,产业跨区联动发展潜力大小依次为环湄洲湾与闽江口区域之间、环三都澳与闽江口区域之间、环湄洲湾与环三都澳区域之间,区域联动发展强度与产业联动发展强度亦如此;环三都澳与闽江口区域及其与环湄洲湾区域的跨区联动发展潜力产业基本相似,经济发展水平差异是主导因素;福州大都市区内三大区域间产业跨区联动发展均以资源与劳动密集型产业为主,资本与技术密集型产业联动发展潜力相对比较弱,联动发展水平还处在初级阶段。Abstract： The Fuzhou Metropolitan Area, as one of the important parts in the Core Area of the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road, which the inter-regional industries linkage development within the New-Growth Regions were in favor of enhancing the regional comprehensive competitive power. In this paper, based on the trend of inter-regional industries linkage development and the regional economic development process, according to statistics and survey-data of 2013, the inter-regional industries link- age development potentiality within the Three New-Growth Regions, with the prediction model of inter- regional industries linkage development, which were the Circum-Sanduao Bay Region, the Minjiang Golden Triangle economic circle （including the Pingtan experimentation area）, the Circum-Meizhou Bay area in Fuzhou Metropolitan Area, were measured and analyzed quantitatively. The results were showed that it was followed such a sequence： the most potentiality between the Minjiang Golden Trian- gle economic circle and the Circum-Meizhou Bay area, medium potentiality between the Minjiang Golden Triangle economic circle and the Circum-Sanduao Bay Region, the minimum pote tween the Circum-Sanduao Bay Region and the Circum-Meizhou Bey area, and the intensity ntiality be- of inter-re-gional linkage development and that of inter-regional industries linkage development were the same or- der, too.The industries of inter-regional linkage development between the Circum-Sanduao Bay Region and the Minjiang Golden Triangle economic Region and the Circum-Meizhou Bay area linkage circle were similar to that between the Circum-Sanduao Bay （they were slightly different in inter-regional industries development intensity）, and which dominant factor was regional economy development level rather than space constraint.
