摘 要:转炉煤气在回收利用时需要使用电除尘器对其进行除尘处理。针对转炉煤气在混入氧气的情况下极易发生爆炸的特性,在改变初始压强、初始温度、氧气浓度及泄爆阀直径等参数的条件下,对转炉煤气爆炸与泄爆过程中压强、温度等发展特征进行了理论分析及数值计算。结果表明:氧气浓度对爆炸过程的影响最大,向后依次为初始温度、初始压强,温度发展速率高达7.5×10^5K/s,压强发展速率达到123MPa/s;最大爆炸压强与初始压强呈线性增长的关系.但随初始温度的增加而迅速下降:泄爆过程中,泄爆阀直径越大泄爆效率越高,当直径为1400mm时,泄爆时间为1.07s;综合考虑泄爆阀的泄爆能力和经济性,采用3个直径为1200mm的泄爆阀效果最好。数值模拟结果为转炉煤气用电除尘器净化中泄爆阀的设置提供了依据。Converter gas must be purified by using an electrostatic precipitator when it is recycled.Aimed at the explosible character- isties of converter gas when it is mixed with oxygen, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on the development of temperature and pressure of its explosion and venting were performed by changing the parameters of initial pressue, temperature, oxygen content and venting valve's diameter.The results show that oxygen content has great influence on the explosion, the following influence factor is initial temperature and initial pressure.The highest development rate of temperature could reach to 7.5x105 K/s and the highest development rate of pressure could reach to 123 MPa/s. The maximum explosion pressure increases lineariy with the initial pressure, but decreases rapidly with the initial temperature.The venting time could reach to 1.07 s when the diameter of the vales is 1 400 mm.Three vent valves which diameter is 1 200 mm is the best considering the explosion venting efficiency, economical and practicability.The simulation results provide a basis for the installation of vent valve for the converter gas purification.
