摘 要:KMnO_4和MnSO_4为原料,水热合成法制备二氧化锰催化剂,将其用于催化降解废弃塑料(PET)实验。考察反应温度、时间和pH值合成的二氧化锰对降解产物苯二甲酸二乙二醇酯(BHET)收率的影响。应用正交试验优化水热法合成二氧化锰工艺。实验结果表明,在pH值等于11.5,温度170℃,时间6 h时,合成的二氧化锰降解PET效果最好,降解产物BHET的最大收率为66.06%。Using KMnO_4 and MnSO_4 as raw materials,manganese dioxide catalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal method.Catalytic degradation of waste plastics was also tested. The influences of temperature,reaction time and acidity on the yield of PET were investigated. Orthogonal experiment was used in the technological conditions of waste PET degradation. The experimental results showed that the maximum recovery rate of the degradation product was up to66. 06%,when pH was equal to11. 5,the temperature was 170℃,and the time was 6 h.
