摘 要:本工艺以对羟基苯乙酰胺为原料,经脱水合成目标产物,确定了反应最优条件:以三氯氧磷为脱水剂,在25℃下反应3h,产率93.7%,含量98.7%。对产物进行了1H-NMR、IR结构表征。此工艺原料廉价易得、操作简便、条件温和、副产物少且一步高效的合成目标产物,对实现工业化生产有重大意义。With 4-hydroxybenzeneacetamide as raw material,the target product was synthesized by dehydration reaction,we have identified the optimal conditions of reaction : with phosphorus oxychloride as dehydrating agent,reaction temperature 25 ℃,reaction time 3 h,the yield of product is 93. 7%. The product structure was characterized by1H-NMR and IR. This process is cheap and easy to obtain raw materials,easy to operate,mild conditions,less by-products and a more efficient synthesis of the target product,it is of great significance to achieve industrial production.
