摘  要:在硫酸浸渍、焙烧方法制备的SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-ZrO_2复合固体超强酸的催化作用下,肉桂酸和苄醇直接反应制备了肉桂酸苄酯。经过实验得到:在肉桂酸与苄醇的投料物质的量比为1∶8,加入总投料量6%的催化剂,在130℃温度下,反应4h,所得产品肉桂酸苄酯产率达92%。其催化可剂直接用于下批次产品合成,5次循环使用后,产品的产率仍有90%。Benzyl cinnamate is synthesized by reaction of cinnamic acid with benzyl alcohol under the catalysis of the complex solid superacid SO_4^(2-)/ TiO_2-ZrO_2 whice was prepared by sulfuric acid impregnation and calcinamon. The results of experiment was as following: the molar ratio of the addition in the cinnamon acid and benzyl alcohol was 1 ∶ 8,the amount of catalyst is the total addition amount of 6%,the reaction was carried out at 130 ℃ for 4 hours and the yield of cinnamic acid benzyl ester was92%. The catalytic agent can be directly used for synthesis of the next experiment,and after 5 times repetitive experiments,decrement of the yield was a little.
