顶空气相色谱法测定二苯乙酮中的苯含量

摘  要:采用顶空气相色谱法测定二苯乙酮中苯的含量。载气为氮气,检测器为FID,色谱柱为DB-624(30m×0.32mm×1.8μm)毛细管柱,检测器温度为250℃,进样口温度为220℃。采用程序升温:柱温40℃保持5min,以10℃·min^(-1)升至100℃,再以30℃·min^(-1)的速率升温至210℃,保持10min。顶空瓶温度85℃,平衡时间30min。苯在0.0205~0.4096μg·m L^(-1)内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),定量限为0.0205μg·m L^(-1);苯的回收率为97.9%。该方法专属性好,灵敏度高,准确度好,适用于二苯乙酮中苯含量的检测。To establish a method to quantificationally determine benzol of deoxybenzoin by Headspace Gas Chromatography. The gas was N2,the detector was FID,the capillary column was DB-624( 30 m × 0. 32 mm × 1. 8μm),the detector temperature was250℃,the temperature of injection port was 220℃. Temperature programme was used: Column temperature at 40℃ was maintained for 5 min,then heated up to 100℃ by 10℃ ·min^(-1),and then heated up to 210℃ by 30℃ ·min^(-1),hold for 10min;The temperature of head-space bottle was 85℃ and the balanced time was 30 min. The results showed that there was a good linearity between 0. 0205μg · m L^(-1)and 0. 4096μg · m L^(-1)with the correlation coefficient( r) of 0. 9998 and the limit of detection was 0. 0205μg · m L^(-1). The recovery of benzol was 97. 9%. This method had good specificity,high accuracy,good sensitibity and suitable to be used for the detemination of deoxybenzoin.
