摘  要:原油在开采过程中由于抽油机井的连续作业,抽油机井会出现结蜡现象,目前热洗清蜡技术成为一种维持抽油机井正常生产的必要手段。简要介绍了抽油机井结蜡机理、热洗清蜡机理等概念,重点阐述了应用于油井热洗前的套管气回收装置,并分别从几个方面综述了影响抽油机井热洗周期的因素。创新点在于在油井热洗前不是放空套管气,而是利用1个特殊的装置将套管气回收,这样既不会浪费油气能源,也避免了因油液从井口喷出而造成的环境污染和经济损失。Due to the continuous operation of pumping unit well, the wax precipitation phenomenon during crude oil exploitation process can be found in pumping unit wells. The current thermal washing paraffin removal technology is a necessary means to maintain normal production of pumping unit well. The mechanism on pumping unit well wax and thermal washing concepts such as paraffin removal mechanism have been introducedbriefly and the casing gas recovery unit before oil well thermal washing has been expounded in this paper, and the influencing factors on rod-pumped well thermal washing cycle have been reviewed respectively from several aspects. Innovation point of this article is not venting casing gas before the thermal washing, but use a special set for the recovery of the casing gas, such both neither can waste oil and gas energy, also avoid the environmental pollution and economic losses caused by oil spewed from wellhead.
