摘 要:针对传统抽油机能耗高问题,应用一种全平衡节能抽油机。该抽油机通过电动机的正反方向旋转带动驱动转盘转动,驱动转盘带动柔性光杆上下运动,完成抽汲动作。由于省略了传统抽油机齿轮箱、连杆、游梁等传动部件,能耗大幅度降低。试验井单井日耗电分别降低41.76 k Wh和79.44 k Wh,单耗每小时降低9.83 k Wh和10.59 k Wh,取得了良好的节电效果。该项技术的应用,为油田节能工作提供了技术支持。For higher energy-consumption for the traditional oil pumping unit, a kind of fully balanced energy-saving oil pumping unit has been developed. The pumping unit can be driven by the motor forward or reverse direction moving, the flexible polish rod can be moved up and down by rotary table, the pumping action can be finished. Because of removing of the gear box, connecting rod and moving beam of the traditional oil pumping unit, the power-consumption can be reduced greatly. 41.76 k Wh and 79.44 k Wh of power consumption for experiment single well is reduced respectively, 9.83 k Wh/t and 10.59 k Wh/t of unit consumption can be decrease. The better energy-saving effects can be achieved by using this technology.
