摘　　要：信息化的快速发展,推动了我国多个领域的改革进程,其中就包括医疗事业改革。档案管理是医院管理的一部分,在信息技术普遍应用的背景下,对于日常管理工作提出了更高的要求和目标。本文立足于实践,以医院档案管理为核心,首先介绍了创新管理的意义,阐述了管理的现状和问题,最后提出创新管理的途径,以供参考。The rapid development of information technology has promoted the reform process in many areas of our country,including the reform of the medical industry. File management is a part of hospital management,in the context of information technology widely used in the daily management of the work put forward higher requirements and goals. In this paper,based on the practice,the hospital archives management as the core,first introduced the significance of innovation management,and then expounds the current situation and problems of management,and finally put forward the way of innovation management,for reference.
