冠心病冠脉介入治疗并发症的分析与诊治

摘　　要：目的研究冠心病冠脉介入治疗的并发症以及相应的诊治情况。方法选择我院2013年6月~2015年6月诊治的700例冠心病介入治疗患者,对其出现的并发症进行统计分析。结果心内科实施冠脉介入治疗的700例患者中,约5.28%出现并发症,1.53%出现冠状动脉痉挛,1.12%无再流,0.29%出现急性闭塞,0.25%出现室颤,0.64%出现支架内急性血栓形成,1.45%出现冠状动脉夹层。结论随着介入治疗和手术技术操作的逐步完善,介入治疗并发症的出现率逐渐下降,但是临床医师及患者自身仍然要对其重视。Objective To study the complications of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and the corresponding diagnosis and treatment. Methods 700 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June were selected and analyzed. The complications were analyzed statistically. Results Out of 700 cases of coronary intervention in department of cardiology patients,about 5.28% had complications,1.53% had coronary artery spasm,1.12% had no reflow,0.29% had acute occlusion,0.25% had ventricular fibrillation,0.64% had acute stent thrombosis,1.45% had coronary artery dissection. Conclusion With the gradual improvement of interventional therapy and surgical operation,the risk of complications of interventional therapy is gradually decreased,but the doctors and patients still need to pay attention to it.
