经皮自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植术治疗四肢骨折骨不连的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植术治疗四肢骨折骨不连的临床疗效。方法选取2012年10月~2014年10月我院收治的四肢骨折骨不连患者82例作为本次研究的对象,全部患者均应用经皮自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植术治疗,回顾性分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果 82例患者骨折愈合率是95.12%,平均骨折愈合时间是（5.2±1.5）个月,疗效优良率是82.93%,均未发生严重并发症。结论四肢骨折骨不连患者应用经皮自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植术治疗具有临床疗效,安全性高。Objective To study the percutaneous autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation between the clinical curative effect of treatment of limbs fracture bone nonunion. Methods From October 2012 to October 2014 of our hospital,82 patients with limbs fracture bone nonunion as the study object,all the patients were between application of percutaneous autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation therapy,patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical therapeutic effect. Results 82 cases of patients with fracture healing rate is 95.12%,the average fracture healing time was（5.2±1.5）months,the rate of good curative effect was 82.93%,no serious complications occurred. Conclusion Patients with limbs fracture bone nonunion between application of percutaneous autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect,high safety.
