奥硝唑治疗口腔厌氧菌感染的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨采用奥硝唑治疗口腔厌氧菌感染患者的临床疗效与实验研究。方法本次研究对象选取本院在2015年5月～2016年6月收治的70例口腔厌氧菌感染患者,按照患者的入院顺序将其随机分成两组,治疗组与对照组各35例。其中对照组采用替硝唑进行治疗,治疗组采用奥硝唑进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组牙周炎治疗总有效率为95.0%,冠周炎治疗总有效率为100.0%;对照组牙周炎治疗总有效率为95.5%,冠周炎治疗总有效率为92.3%。治疗组患者厌氧菌清除率为91.4%,对照组厌氧菌清除率为88.6%。两组患者治疗效果与细菌清除率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采用奥硝唑治疗口腔厌氧菌感染患者具有较好的治疗效果,能够有效地清除患者口腔内厌氧菌,促进患者尽早康复。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment with ornidazole oral anaerobic bacteria infection in patients with clinical curative effect and experimental research. Methods The study object selection in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016,70 cases of oral anaerobic bacteria infection,in patients admitted to hospital order will be randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group 35 examples. The control group used for indications for treatment,the treatment group treated with ornidazole and compare two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results The treatment group of periodontitis treatment the total effective rate was 95.0%,pericoronitis treatment the total effective rate was 100.0%.Control group of periodontitis treatment the total effective rate was 95.5%,pericoronitis treatment the total effective rate was 92.3%. Treatment group patients with anaerobic bacteria clearance rate was 91.4%,control group anaerobic bacteria clearance rate was 88.6%. Treatment effect and the patients with bacterial remoal similar between the two groups has no statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion Using ornidazole treatment of oral anaerobic bacteria infection patients has good treatment effect,can effectively eliminate patients of anaerobic bacteria in the mouth,promote patients recover as soon as possible.
