摘　　要：目的观察红蓝光联合夫西地酸治疗对痤疮患者生活质量的临床效果。方法随机将120例痤疮患者分为两组。对照组行单纯红蓝光治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行夫西地酸治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率、生活质量各指标等优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论红蓝光联合夫西地酸可有效改善痤疮患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of red and blue light combined with fusidic acid treatment on the life quality of acne patients. Methods We divided 120 patients into two groups. The control group used red and blue light,observe group used fusidic acid on the basis of control group. Results The efficiency and quality of life of observation group were significantly better than control group（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The red and blue light combined with fusidic acid can improve the life quality of of acne patients.
