五苓散治疗脑水肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析五苓散应用于治疗脑水肿的临床疗效。方法抽取2015年12月～2016年6月在我院就诊的80例脑水肿患者进行临床研究,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均接受脱水剂、营养神经类药物和止血剂等常规西药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上接受五苓散治疗,观察比对两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经治疗后,观察组患者的恢复情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗脑水肿中应用五苓散可有效促进患者恢复,且无严重并发症,安全有效。Objective To analyze five lingsan for clinical efficacy in the treatment of cerebral edema. Methods From December 2015 to June 2016 clinical study of80 cases of cerebral edema in patients in our hospital,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,all patients were treated with dehydration,neurotrophic drugs and hemostatic agent and conventional western medicine treatment,patients in the observation group received five lingya treatment,observation of clinical comparison the treatment effect of the two groups. Results After treatment,the recovery of the patients in the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of poria five powder can effectively promote the recovery of patients in the treatment of cerebral edema,and no serious complications,safe and effective.
