经皮中药熏洗加穴位电刺激用于肛门病术后镇痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究肛门病术后应用经皮中药熏洗加穴位电刺激镇痛的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年9月~2015年9月诊治的100例肛周常见疾病手术的患者,将其均分为两组。结果通过比较,观察组患者的疼痛评分、创缘水肿率比对照组低,两组患者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肛门病术后应用经皮穴位电刺激加中药熏洗镇痛治疗的效果比单纯应用中药熏洗效果好。Objective To study the clinical effect of applying the traditional chinese medicine fumigation plus acupoint electric stimulation in the treatment of anal diseases. Methods In our hospital,we selected 100 cases of patients with common diseases in the anus week from September 2014 to September 2015,and divided them into two groups. Results By comparison,the pain score,the margin of edema in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of percutaneous acupoint electric stimulation combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation analgesic effect was significantly better than the simple application of traditional chinese medicine fumigation.
