针灸配合推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探析针灸配合推拿手法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的临床效果。方法选取本院2014年11月~2015年11月所收治的106例腰椎间盘突出症患者为本次研究对象,以随机法将其分为对照组及观察组,其中对照组53例,单用针灸法进行治疗,观察组53例,以针灸配合推拿的方式进行治疗,观察两组临床实效。结果经治疗后,两组患者的腰椎功能均较治疗前有提升,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗腰椎间盘突出症上,针灸配合推拿手法能够取得更为理想的治疗效果,且疗程较短,更易于被患者所接受。Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Select the hospital from November 2014 to November 2015,106 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients as the research object,using random method will be the as the observation group and the control group,53 cases in the control group,single use acupuncture method for treatment,53 cases in the observation group,with acupuncture with massage treatment,observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results After treatment,the two groups of patients with lumbar function were significantly higher than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,acupuncture combined with massage can achieve more ideal therapeutic effect,and the course of treatment is shorter,more easily accepted by patients.
