经阴道超声与腹部超声对异位妊娠患者临床诊断价值比较

摘　　要：目的了解经阴道超声与腹部超声对异位妊娠患者的临床诊断价值。方法选择我院2015年2月~2016年1月同时行了TAS和TVS检查的患者200例,应用＂双盲测试法＂让患者先接受TAS检测,后接受TVS检测,了解检测的结果。结果经TAS检测确定宫内无孕囊187例;能显示子宫并测定子宫内膜厚度患者151例;检测出肿块182例;检测出盆腔积液156例。经TVS检测确定宫内无孕囊200例;能显示子宫并测定子宫内膜厚度患者200例;200例全部检测出肿块;检测出盆腔积液171例。以上数据两组间比较P〈0.05。结论研究结果表明,应对异位妊娠患者行TVS检测,提高检测准确率,为指导临床医生及时治疗,具有重要意义。Objective Objective the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods We selected 200 cases of patients which took the both TAS and TVS examination at the same time from February 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital. The process was to put the application of ＂double blind test method＂ into practice to allow patients to accept TAS detection,followed by TVS detection,and then to understand the examination results. Results The results of TAS test demonstrated that 187 cases of intrauterine non pregnant sac were identified,the uterus could be shown,151 cases of endometrial thickness were detected,182 cases of tumors were observed,and 156 cases of pelvic effusion were detected. The results of TVS test demonstrated that 200 cases of intrauterine non pregnant sac were identified,the uterus could be shown,200 cases of endometrial thickness were detected,200 cases of tumors were observed,and 171 cases of pelvic effusion were detected. The data between the two groups compared,P〈 0.05. Conclusion TVS test is not affected by the patient＇s physical and external factors. The accuracy of detection is higher. From the results of this study,TVS test should be used to detect the patients with ectopic pregnancy due to the improvement of accuracy,which would guide the clinical doctor timely treatment. Therefore,it has an important significance.
