摘　　要：目的探究全身麻醉术后低氧血症的临床分析及护理体会。方法回顾性分析2013年1月~2016年1月在我院进行全麻手术的1 254例患者,对术后发生低氧血症的42例患者的临床特点及护理措施进行分析总结。结果所有患者经过实施有效的护理后,均恢复正常,无死亡病例。结论全身麻醉术后低氧血症患者实施有效的护理措施,可以降低患者的死亡率,提高患者的预后。Objective To explore hypoxemia after general anesthesia clinical analysis and nursing. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital anesthesia 1 254 patients for postoperative hypoxemia clinical features of 42 patients and nursing measures were analyzed and summarized. Results All patients after the implementation of effective care,returned to normal,with no deaths. Conclusion General anesthesia postoperative hypoxemia implement effective interventions can reduce mortality and improve the prognosis.
