浅析经尿道等离子体前列腺切割术的护理效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析经尿道等离子体前列腺切割术对冲洗液温度进行控制的效果,探讨临床中有效的护理方式。方法根据2011年12月~2014年12月我院的112例接受经尿道等离子体前列腺切割术患者来分析研究,分组为对照组和观察组,均有56例,对照组使用常规手术方式,观察组术中进行冲洗液温度控制,对比两组的心率和血压,提供护理,比较满意度。结果两组患者术前血压和心率对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。术中,观察组血压比对照组高,术后比对照组低,结果差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论使用经尿道等离子体前列腺切割术时对冲洗液温度进行控制可以让手术顺利进行,结合优质护理,可以促进患者术后康复。Objective To study the effect of transurethral resection of prostate on the control of the temperature of washing fluid,and to explore the effective nursing methods in clinical practice. Methods From December 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital,112 cases underwent transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate for patients to analysis and study,divided into control group and observation group,56 cases,control group using conventional surgical methods,the patients in the observation group in the washing liquid temperature control,comparing the two groups of heart rate and blood pressure,providing care,comparison satisfaction. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate before operation between the two groups（P 〉0.05）. During the operation,the blood pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the result was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The temperature of the washing liquid can be controlled by using the method of transurethral resection of prostate,and the operation can be carried out smoothly.
