上海高校创新合作演化路径分析——基于论文合作的角度

摘　　要：为了研究高校创新合作演化路径,文章基于组织邻近和地理邻近两个角度分别构建了判断组织合作模式的二维四分框架,并以2005年至2013年上海18所高校的论文合著数据开展创新合作模式演化的实证分析。结果显示:组织邻近效应依然存在,上海高校的学学合作明显强于产学合作,但产学合作趋势也在逐渐增强;得益于地理邻近效应的逐渐减弱,上海的高校经历了从区域内合作到区域间合作的转变。未来政府应主要做好跨区域合作的战略规划和进一步促进上海高校与产业的开放共享工作。To explore the evolutionary path of university innovation cooperation,this paper establishes a two-dimension quadrant framework of organizational cooperation patterns from the two angles of organizational proximity and geographical proximity based on an analysis of the co-authored paper data of universities in Shanghai from 2005 to 2013.Results show that the organization proximity effect still exists,and that institute-institute cooperation is obviously stronger than institute-industry cooperation, which, however,is gaining momentum. Thanks to the gradually weakening geographical near effect,intra-regional cooperation has now given way to inter-regional cooperation in Shanghai-based institutions of higher learning.In future,the government is expected to work out sound strategies for cross-regional cooperationand further promote the opening and sharing of universities and industries in Shanghai.
