摘　　要：目前我国存在的代内环境公平问题主要有:我国跟其他国家、我国不同地区、我国不同阶层和群体之间的环境公平问题。解决我国代内环境公平问题应当从控制污染企业的引进、优化国土开发格局、完善环境付费制度等方面着手。At present, the environmental problems in China focus on the environmental justice between Chinaand other countries, among the different local places in China, and between different stratums and communities. Inorder to solve the problems of the environmental justice, the introduction of the enterprise producing pollutionshould be restricted, the land development pattern should be optimized, and the pay system of environment shouldbe perfected.
