摘 要:目的探讨膝关节关节镜手术影像式教学模式结合实践操作对骨科见习中的影响.方法选择2015 年9 月1日-2016 年6月1 日,在该科实习的临床医学专业见习学生50 例,随机分成观察组和对照组,分别应用关节镜手术影像式教学模式及常规教学模式,分析对比两组见习生对基础理论知识、实践能力的掌握效果,同时调查见习生对教学模式的满意度.结果观察组见习生基础知识得分显著髙于对照组(t=6.298 ,P =0.035 ); 分析问题能力的得分显著髙于对照组(t= 6.7 51 ,P = 0 .032 );处理问题能力显著髙于对照组(t= 7.964 ,P =0.021 );差异有统计学意义(P〈 0.05 );观察组见习生在预灌注膨胀关节、穿刺人口的选择及技巧、穿刺方法和技巧、视野显露观察技巧及刨削器的应用等方面得分均显著髙于对照组(t= 9.634、9.163 、8.267 、9.036 、9 .959 ,P〈 0 .05 );观察组见习生对教学模式表示满意者共25 例,不满意者0 例,其满意度为100.00% ;对照组对教学模式满意者共1 3 例,不满意者共12 例,其满意度为52.00% ,两者差异有统计学意义(X^2= 16.547,P〈 0.05 ).结论关节镜手术影像式教学模式结合实践操作的优势是将理论专业知识和专业实践统-结合起来,可以提髙见习生的专业理论知识和对对关节镜的实践操作能力,并且提髙了学生对专业知识学习的兴趣、解决问题的能力.Objective To study the effect of knee joint arthroscopic surgery im aging teaching model com bined with practiceoperation on the practice in the departm ent of orthopaedics. Methods 50 cases of trainees in the clinical m edical major inour departm ent from Septem ber 1, 2015 to June 1, 2016 were random ly divided into two groups, the observation groupadopted the knee joint arthroscopic surgery im aging teaching model, the control group adopted the routine teaching model,and the m astery degrees of basic theoretical knowledge and practice ability of the two groups were analyzed and com pared,and the satisfactory degree of the two groups to the teaching model was surveyed. Results The basic knowledge score in theobservation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, (t=6.298, P=0.035), the problem -solving ability scorewas obviously higher than that in the control group, (t= 6 .7 5 1 ,P = 0 .0 3 2 ), and the problem -handling ability was obviouslyhigher than that in the control group(t=7.964,P=0.021), and the differences had statistical significance(P 〈 0.05), the scoresin the pre-perfusio n expansion link, selection and skill of the puncture entry, puncture m ethod and skill, field -o f-v iewexposure observation skill and application of shaper were obviously higher than those in the control group(t=9.634, 9.163,8.267, 9.036, 9.959, P〈0.05), and in the observation group, 25 cases were satisfied with the teaching model, 0 case wasunsatisfied, and the satisfactory degree was 100.00% , in the control group, 13 cases were satisfied with the teaching model,12 case was unsatisfied, and the satisfactory degree was 52.00% , and the differences were obvious with statisticalsignificance(字2= 1 6.54 7,P 〈0 .0 5 ).
